Free Delivery Times**
We offer Free Delivery on All Products when you spend €20 ( ex VAT ) or more to Ireland. Europe at cost.
UPDATE, I have been advised by my doctors to take 3 MONTHS off work to allow my body to heal and get well enough again as at the moment I have Lyme, Bartonella and Babeosis in my blood so all orders placed before September 15th will qualify for free delivery and will be shipped out on my return on either the 15th or 16th of September 2026.
I will be back in work intermittently over the next 3 months so please accept my apologies if your order is delayed getting shipped out.
Please allow up to 12 working days for An Post, DHL, Fastway or GLS delivery before you call us to track a missing parcel.
Please note we aim to pack all orders same day but that sometimes is just not possible.
Information on additional charges For items delivered internationally, you as a buyer may be subject to additional charges for VAT and/or customs duties if your Country is outside the European Union ( EU ). For more information about these costs, please contact the customs office in your country.
All orders are delivered by either An Post , Fastway, GLS , DPD or DHLUK mainland orders will go out with the Parcelforce service
Germany orders will take 23 -40 working days and so will orders to France.
Orders to Spain and Italy will take 24-35 working days.
All orders no matter where you live in Europe will be shipped via a registered courier and tracking numbers are available on request.
Most online retailers reuse incoming cardboard boxes for
outgoing orders or else they ship in single use plastic bags , we ship all
orders in Brand New double wall cardboard boxes ( which our customers can fully
recycle ) and seal with 2 types of packaging tape to ensure a tamper free
delivery. This does cost money hence the €3.25 handling fee
