Returns + Warranty
All products are covered by a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty.
Your Purchase of Electrical items is also covered by an EU wide warranty which runs to 24 months.
1)In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item from us email us on sales@satellitetv.ie explaining why you need to return the item, we will then issue you with an Authorised Return Number which must be clearly displayed on the front of the returned package. All warranties are offered on a back to base basis.
2)If we receive any returns without an Authorised Return Number displayed on the front of the Package then that package will not be opened and held in our stores for you to collect.
3)We do not offer refunds on items bought in error which are not returned in as New Condition.
4)We do not offer refunds on fully installed satellite and aerial systems and we do not offer to remove satellite dishes and aerials after they have been installed to your specifications. If you decide to have your system removed after a period of time we will be happy to quote you for the removal.
5) Pirated software if installed on satellite receivers voids the warranty on satellite receivers
6)To obtain a full refund the item must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase and have an Authorised Return Number displayed.
7) For goods returned by the customer after 7 days from their delivery date, the company will refund the price paid minus a re-stocking charge of 15% of the value of the order.
8) We do not offer refunds on Foreign Viewing Cards once they have been activated.
Faulty goods and services
All products or services you buy online must meet certain conditions of quality, performance and durability to be in conformity with the contract you made when you bought it. In conformity means the product or service is as you expect it would be according to the contract you made with the seller.
There are slightly different conditions of quality, performance and durability for goods, services and digital content or services.
You are entitled to certain remedies when something you buy does not conform with the contract. A remedy can be a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
(Satellite TV Ireland ) will take back your WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge at the time
of delivery or at any one of our store(s) nationwide. Waste batteries are taken back in store on a one-for-
zero basis (i.e. no purchased required) as long as they are of equivalent type to that sold by us. WEEE and
waste batteries can also be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge. The following link will

or light bulbs in any of your bins.
